Hello, My name is Lori Hess-Rosio. I have been married to my husband Rich for over 32 years. I was born and raised in Green Bay, WI settling in Suamico, where we raised our two children Jake and Elizabeth. My father and several generations before, were from the Lakewood Wisconsin area. My fondest memories were created there…. As parents, we wanted our children to experience all that the Northwoods has to offer- camping, hunting, fishing, and tradition. We began our real estate journey by purchasing vacant land. Our family working together slowly developing while we camped out on the weekends. Eventually we purchased our cabin in Twin Bridge just west of Crivitz, WI. My husband and I have rehabbed several properties throughout the years, developed land rentals, and owned/operated a vacation property rental. I understand the trials and tribulations from that perspective. Our children are now grown- we decided to sell our home and move to our cabin permanently in 2019 to pursue a small handyman business. After 25+ years working in the healthcare field, I am now pursuing my second career as a REALTOR- applying my professional and life experiences. My kids describe me as down to earth, relatable, and budget minded. I believe in transparency, work ethic, and a straightforward approach.
